When we recruit heavy-duty vehicle mechanics, whether for trucks, buses, or construction equipment, we look for solid experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems.

Mechanics must be able to work on powerful engines, complex transmissions, and sophisticated braking systems. Many heavy vehicles now incorporate advanced electronic components.
Candidates must have electronic diagnostic skills and be able to read electrical diagrams. In addition to technical skills, we’re looking for self-starters who can solve unique and complex problems.
Heavy vehicles are subject to strict safety standards. Mechanics must be aware of safety protocols and be committed to meeting these standards.
